The primer should be applied to the prepared nail, which has been previously matte and degreased.

How to use:

Apply a small amount of Primer onto cleansed skin. and degrease nails with a brush. Be careful not to touch the cuticles. The Primera layer does not evaporate completely. After preparing your nails in this way, you can apply the base.
